Longitude is pleased to announce that it is strengthening its Metocean consultancy services with a new team led by Dr Emanuele Terrile. Emanuele is a highly experienced scientist having lead teams in other organisations and brings to the Group an enhanced offering through the provision of services such as Site Characterization, Nearshore and Offshore Wave Modelling, Tropical Cyclones Analysis, Sediment Transports and Metocean Data Collection.
The addition of these services will benefit the entire LOC Group with a specific focus on Environmental monitoring, Casualties and Legal Cases, Port facilities & Infrastructure design and Offshore Operations for Oil and Gas Facilities, Offshore Wind Farms and Salvage and Wreck Removal.
Longitude’s expanding offering means that LOC Group now has a service that transverses all three of the Group’s sectors of shipping, renewables and oil & gas sectors. This enables us to support clients with a bespoke service using high quality data and state of the art modelling tools to provide solutions throughout the entire project life cycle.
