Prysmian Powerlink Services are the manufacturers and installers of submarine power cables. They were awarded a demanding project in California to install power cables in deep water with onerous environmental requirements. To undertake this project, they appointed Longitude to prepare the design of a DP2 cable installation barge. The activities included:-
